Contact submissions contain the name, email address, message, and source field supplied through the form. These records are stored privately in WordPress for handling inquiries, corrections, and related follow-up; they are not intended for public display. Scheduled cleanup removes contact-form records after 180 days. This schedule describes the form records and is not a promise that all other operational records are erased at the same time.
Hosting services also maintain request logs associated with visits to the website. These may include IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps, and browser information used for site operation and troubleshooting. Hosting-log retention is separate from the contact-form cleanup schedule. Use the contact form to ask about information you submitted or request its correction or deletion; provide only the details needed to identify the relevant submission.
